FalconTech– distributors of computer hardware, software, accessories, digital lifestyle products, and security equipment – will accept orders for out-of-stock items to ensure that customers are prioritized when the item becomes available. If an item is out of stock, customers may choose to backorder, cancel the order, or cancel part of the order. Once the item becomes available, it will be shipped promptly. FalconTech reserves the right to supply less than the quantity ordered without prior notice after the receipt of an order. We may also request additional verification or information before accepting any order.

After the first 30 days from the invoice date, all returns and replacements must be managed directly with the manufacturer. Warranty policies vary by product, and extended warranties are available from select manufacturers. Manufacturer details are subject to change without prior notice.
